Students cannot accumulate points at events in which they are participating,
volunteering or working unless indicated otherwise.

Points cannot be transferred from participant to participant.

Only the card holder whose name appears on the registered account may be
rewarded.

Prizes and reward levels may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.

Points and/or prizes have no cash value and cannot be purchased from the
program.

Only students registered at the University of Ottawa are eligible.

Those deemed to be collecting rewards for unlawful purposes will have their
account terminated.

Only one rewards card per student/per student number.

Point value for each event will be determined by the governing agency(s) and can
change at any time.

Card must be presented before half time or half way through the event to be
eligible for points.

The University will make all efforts to have the appropriate quantity of prizes
for each level, but holds the right to exchange the indicated prize for one of
equal or higher value.

All prizes must be claimed prior to the end of the current school year (prior to
May 31st each year).

All prizes must be picked up by the winner, unless pre-arranged in advance with
organizers.

Odds of winning a reward/prize depend on the number of participants.
-
There is no exchanging of prizes.
